Delivery Policy

What we deliver

Rootpath Academy sells one digital product: a library of recorded video sessions with downloadable study material. No physical goods are shipped, so no shipping address, courier or delivery charge is involved.

When you get access

Immediately. As soon as your payment is confirmed by the payment gateway:

1. Your access link is displayed on the confirmation page straight away.
2. The same link is emailed to the address you entered at checkout, usually within a minute.

The link opens the full library — every module, every session and every downloadable file. It works on phone, tablet and computer.

Delivery charges

None. The price you see is the total price.

If your email does not arrive

You are not locked out. Access is granted to your Google account at the moment of payment, so the library appears in Google Drive under “Shared with me” whether or not the email lands. Sign in with the Gmail address you paid with.

For the email itself, the most common cause is Promotions or Spam — search your inbox for Rootpath Academy. If something is genuinely missing, contact us and we will deliver it manually. We treat undelivered access as a priority.

How long access lasts

For life. There is no expiry date, no subscription and no renewal. If we add lessons to the programme you already own, they appear at the same link at no extra cost.
